十年前做過一次乳房檢查，有幾個水瘤，醫生說很正常，沒事，十年後的這個月初，感覺左乳房下方有硬塊，會痛，而且越來越痛，顧不得疫情惡化，預約看診，觸診加掃描，醫生說是有個小點，繼續觀察，好消息是它不是癌症。
整個月裡我只想著孩子們還小，若真有事，我也只能接受並成為他們長大後模糊的記憶。
每天持續禱告，也沒有中斷運動，感謝介紹醫生給我的 Charmaine Chiang ，還有，感謝神。
另外，掛號時必須量體重，真是不得了的重，但確定不是癌症這件事還是要安慰自己，好吃的水餃來一碗。能吃就吃，能睡就睡，有工盡全力拼搏，無事繼續祈禱疫情結束，家人朋友都健康豐盛心裡有平安。

A day to remind myself focus more on my health condition, luckily doctor said that lump in my breast is not cancer, just keep observing it.
So, celebrate the good news will a bowl of tasty dumplings.
And never forget to pray everyday, for family and friends and me, healthy and well, with faith in mind, never lose hope, and be kind, love❤️
